UKRAINA, INC is a regional agent of MEEST Corp., that ships any kind of cargo in small packages and in large containers going to Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia and Uzbekistan.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. You have to fill out a customs declarations, offered by an agent, showing all needed information about sender and recipient along with full description of goods in your package(s) (Russian customs requires to show countries of origin and material of goods).
2. Please, remember that three or more items of the same type and size in one package may be qualified as a commercial cargo, and customs may consider your parcel as commercial and request to pay customs fee.
3. It is not allowed to ship goods listed in postal rules as prohibited. Also, you can not put into an air package anything that is not allowed to take on board of a plane.
4. Total costs of goods shipped to one recipient without customs fee is limited. Check out this information on a customs web page of your country of destination.
5. Maximum weight of one package is also limited. Check out this information on a customs web page of your country of destination.
We advise to ship not more than two packages to one recipient.
6. Every shipped package is insured for $60.00. If you need additional insurance, you may buy it by paying 5% of the respective amount of insurance. Maximum amount of insurance is limited to $800.00.
7. All types of electronics (computers, iPhones, iPads, electrical musical instruments, etc.) are a subject of a customs fee. We recommend to pre-pay customs fee for packages shipped to Ukraine. If you will not do this, Ukrainian customs may request customs fee in larger amount based on cost of similar items listed in their catalogs.

Other countries of destination have no option of customs fee pre-payment.
If you follow customs rules, your packages will go through customs check out with no slow down.

Parcel rates shown below may be different from those offered on its sites by MEEST Corporation.

Pick up from home or office within 50 miles will cost you additional $20.00. Below, you will find terms of pick ups from longer distanses.
Minimum weight of one package– 10.0 lbs. (4.5 kg). Packages weighing less than 10.0 lbs are shipped as 10.0 lbs packages.

Maximum weight of one package to Ukraine – 110.0 lbs (50.0 kg).

Russia and other countries limit mazimum weight of packages from 44.0 lbs (20.0 kg), 55.0 lbs (25.0 kg) or 66.0 lbs (30.0 kg). No exception! More information may be found below.

Standard size of a package with dimension where sum of length, wideness and height is not more that 80 inches (2 meters). Weight of oversized packages is counted as so called volume weight by using a special formula.

AIR PARCELS:

Minimum weight – 10 lbs
Maximum weight – 110 lbs
Cost of shipping: $2.89/lb + $35.00 delivery of one package
Packages under 5 lbs are shipped as small packages
Cost of shipping: $37.00
Additional insurance: 5%
Time of delivery: 2 - 3 weeks

Maximum value of enclosure with no customs fee – $192.00.

It is allowed to send to one recipient not more than 110 lbs (50 kg), , including food item of not more than 22 lbs (10 kg).
Prohibited to send alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.

SEA PARCELS:

Minimum weight – 10 lbs
Maximum weight – 110 lbs
Cost of shipping:

$1.09/lb + $20.00 delivery of one package (when brought to company’s storage);
$1.19/lb + $20.00 delivery of one package (on pick up roots in Maryland and Virginia);
$1.29/lb + $20.00 delivery of one package (pick up from home or office)
Additional insurance: 5%
Time of delivery: 6 - 8 weeks

Maximum value of enclosure with no customs fee – $192.00.

SENDING PACKAGES FROM UKRAINE TO USA
Shipping from Ukraine to USA is available by air only.
Cost of shipping – $9.00/kg + US customs fee + delivery within USA.

Prohibited to send drugs, plant and animal products.

Time of delivery – 3 weeks.
To place an order, give the following information to you agent:

1. Information about sender and recipient (full names, physical address, phone numbers and e-mail addresses).
You can e-mail this information to us.
2. Filled and signed US customs declaration that can be found here: CBP_Form_3299.
Print out the form, sign, scan and e-mail as an attachment to us.
3. Information about when sender in Ukraine will be ready to pass on a package(s) to Meest Express representative.

Payment options: а) a sender may pay the cost of shipping. US customs fee and delivery within US will be paid by recipient; b) a recipient may take over all shipping expenses and pay for services when receiving a package at our storage.
